OUR ROLES
Digital Delane took on developing the Popn brand with a go-to-market strategy and managing the launch. One of the main difficulties was to increase users in a highly competitive market. We planned to implement various digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility across owned, earned and paid media.
To make Popn a prominent resource in the food industry, we also needed to improve the overall customer experience. We would accomplish this if we achieved the highest customer satisfaction rating in the food industry category.

ACQUIRING USERS & MERCHANTS
CRM Development & Email Marketing
We built Popn’s CRM and implemented an email marketing strategy to help manage communications between merchants, users and Popn.
Once a merchant signs up, they will get a weekly email. We focused these emails on reminding them to put their offers or discounts on the Popn app.
The easy-to-use but multifaceted CRM made communications simple between all parties.

Paid Media
We integrated paid search, social and display ads optimized for conversions with dozens of simultaneous targeting tactics. With this optimization, we were able to increase app usage and overall revenue.
As an additional extension of our evolving partnership, Digital Delane developed Cicis’ first-ever B2C paid digital initiative. This consumer-centric, always-on, data-learning, multi-channel communications program drove foot traffic and sales volume through dynamic targeting of actionable and interactive ads.
Social Media
We developed and published social content and communications with the objective to drive organic growth and engagement for the Popn app.
This led to increased engagement across all utilized social media platforms and grew their following exponentially.
